You know you're a 90's child if:
You've ever ended a sentence with the word "PSYCHE!"
^Oh come on. Haven't we all.
You can sing the rap to "The Fresh Prince Of Bel Air"
^"Now, this is a story all about how my life got flip-turned upside-down and I'd like to take a minute, just sit right there, I'll tell you how I became the Prince of a town called Bel Air!" XD Although I can sing the full version (with the verses that they cut out of the show's intro
You've worn skorts and felt stylish
^Nah. Never wore a skort (I always thought I was the fat kid, so I never wore any sorts of skirts). BUT I did wear those skirts attached over trousers.
You yearned to be part of the Baby-Sitters club.
^ I never really watched it or read the books when I was growing up (although I had a couple of the books). I only really saw the movie recently. And I wanted to be part of the Baby-Sitters Club then because it means I could grow up to be a famous and annoying actress! Yay!
You use to love playing with your MY Little Pet Shop
^Nah. I think they were more an American thing. I always played with Puppies (and kitties) in my Pocket or Pound Puppies.
You know that "WOAH" comes from Joey from "Blossom" and that "How Rude!" comes from Stephanie from "Full House"
^ Another American thing. We never had Blossom or Full House in the UK.
You remember when it was actually worth getting up early on a Saturday to watch cartoons.
^ Totally! I used to get up super early to watch Mighty Max and Tales of the Crypt Keeper.... what? They were good shows!
You wore a ponytail on the side of your head and had fluffed bangs.
^ My ponytail was always on the back of my head, but I did have lovely fluffed bangs.
You got super excited when it was Oregon Trail day in computer class at school.
^ I don't even know what Oregon Trail day is! XD Explaination anyone?
You wanted to change your name to "JEM" in kindergarten
^ Well I didn't want to change my NAME to JEM, but I did have a couple of JEM dolls. XD

^ Hell yeah! My older sister told me that she'd burn my Goosebumps books if she ever saw them (she was petrified of it ever since she saw the ventriloquist dummy episode
You know the profound meaning of "Wax on, wax off"
^ Ahh yes. I still say this frequently (and very quietly) in my karate lessons. I also do sanding and painting. Hence I am a karate master. ^_^
You have pondered why Smurfette was the only female smurf.
^ Come on, EVERYONE's wondered this! .... until they've watched Clerks of course.
You took plastic cartoon lunch boxes to school.
^ I'm pretty sure that I did, but I can't remember what it was of. My sister had an Ed the Duck one.
You remember the craze then the banning of slap bracelets and slam books.
^ I don't remember slam books or anything being banned, but I definately remember slap bracelets.
You still get the urge to say "NOT" after (almost) every sentence...Not...
^Of course. It was the start of my sarcasm. However, said sarcasm has progressed and developed since then.
You knew that Kimberly, the pink ranger, and Tommy, the green Ranger were meant to be together.
^ No way! It was the pink ranger and the red ranger. ^_^ But only because my (guy) friend and I always used to play Power Rangers and he was the red one and I was the pink one.
remember "I've fallen and I can't get up"
^Not really. It was another American thing.
You remember going to the skating rink before there were inline skates
^ I don't think I ever went to a skating rink without inline skates. But I did own a pair of non-inline skates. ^_^
You ever got injured on a Slip 'n' Slide
^Ouch. These things were evil! We used to have one when I was a lot younger and we used to go down it on this massive hill in my old garden. -.-;;
You wore socks over leggings scrunched down
^ Nah. I always thought that was 80's.
Miss Mary Mack, Mack, Mack, all dressed in black, black, black, with silver buttons, buttons, buttons, all down her back, back, back" SHE ASKED HER MOTHER MOTHER MOTHER FOR FIFTY CENTS CENTS CENTS TO SEE THE ELEPHANTS ELEPHANTS ELEPHANTS JUMP OVER THE FENCE THE FENCE THE FENCE"

^ We had lots of other stupid rhymes that we thought were hillarious that you could make up 'rude' versions of.
You remember boom boxes vs. cd players
^ Kind of.
You knew what it meant to say "Care Bear Stare"
^ Ahh, of course. We had little action figure and soft toys of some of the Care Bears. XD
You remember Alf, the little brown alien from Melmac and Vicki the Robot from "MY Little Wonder"
^ I remember Alf, but I don't think I remember Vicki.... Man, Alf was a jerk.
You remember New Kids on The Block when they were cool
^ XD I didn't know about them in the 90's. And I'm pretty damn sure they're not 'cool' anymore!
You knew all the characters names and their life stories on "Saved By The Bell"
^ Oh God, I really did. My younger sister LOVED Saved By The Bell, so somehow I ended up watching EVERY episode of the original show (and most of the college years too). I'm the only one of my friends who knows the whole theme tune (and can sing it at an alarming fast speed)... of course I get plenty of scared looks when I do that, so I tend to restrict myself.... to 2-3 times a day.
You played and or collected "Pogs" I also remember the metal 8 slammers
^ Pogs were way cool. We had plenty of Power Rangers ones. ^_^
You used to pretend to be a MIGHTY MORPHIN Power Ranger and you owned a Skip It
^ As I said before, yep my pretended to be a Power Ranger (along with a load of other shows in the 90's) and yeah, my family had a couple of Skip Its. Somehow I always managed to hit people with them. XD
You had at least one GigaPet or Nano and brought it everywhere
^ Yeah. But I sucked at keeping it alive. Mine was a little dog (because I wasn't allowed a pet dog. ;_
You watched the original Care Bears, My Little Pony, and Ninja Turtles
^ I watched the orignal My Little Pony and Teenage Mutant HERO Turtles (which I LOVED! I think they censored the word Ninja if I remember correctly). Michelangelo was always the coolest (He was a party dude XD)
All your school supplies were "Lisa Frank" brand.(pencils.notebooks.binders.etc.)
^ Nah. We never had Lisa Frank.
Yikes pencils and erasers were the shit.
^ Oh, they sure were!
You remember when the new Beanie Babies were always sold out.
^ My friends had a MASSIVE collection, but I only had a few. I always collected Beanie Buddies more (they were the biggers ones) because they were softer.
You used to wear those stick on earings, not only on your ears, but at the corners of your eyes.
^ Nope. I never really wore stick on earrings.
You remember a time before the WB.
^ Another American thing.
You've gotten creeped out by "Are You Afraid of the Dark?"
^ I loved that show! But it never really freaked me out. Oh how I miss it. ;_;
You thought it would be so cool to be Alex Mack.
^ This was a great show (.... kinda). It was sad when it was over.
You know the Macarena by heart.. LOL
^ EVERYONE knows the Macarena by heart! But, I make it my own!
"Talk to the hand" ... enough said
^ AND all the variations.
You thought Brain woud finally take over the world
^ Pinky and the Brain scared me (even when I was little kid). But I loved the Animaniacs (another game that my friend and I used to play XD)
You always said, "Then why don't you marry it!"
^ Yeah I remember it. But I think I've only used it recently.
Repost this if you were a 90's kid and can relate to any of these!!
